@MariusBageac my suggestions, in this order would:

1. Your finance or accounting department

2. Payroll

Those are the two best departments to contact regarding payments.

Thank you,

Hi  @MariusBageac

Topic: Expense Reports extracted for Payment

Please check the below. Hope this helps.

-----

When an expense report shows “Extracted for Payment” in SAP Concur, it generally means the report has been processed and its payment data exported to the company's financial or payment system. It does not necessarily mean payment has been issued.

Recommended actions:

  1. Contact your company's Accounts Payable (AP), Finance, or Payroll team, depending on who handles expense reimbursements.
  2. Provide your Expense Report ID, amount, and extraction date.
  3. Ask whether the payment was processed, rejected, or is pending in the financial system.
  4. Request the payment date and transaction reference number.
  5. If necessary, ask your Concur Administrator to investigate any payment interface errors.

Bottom line: Since the report has been awaiting payment for almost a month, escalate directly to your company's Accounts Payable/Finance team. They can trace the reimbursement after extraction from SAP Concur.

Thanks & Regards
