Expense Receipt

Is there a way to add a receipt to an already processed expense report?  I've signed in acting as user and can't find any way.  I'm even a processor and still can't find a way to add a receipt when I open the report.  Thanks for the feedback.

@dyontz32 what is the name of the report you want to add a receipt to? I'd like to take a look.
