Expense Entries API

Hi,

I’m using the Expense Entries API (GET /api/v3.0/expense/entries) - https://developer.concur.com/api-reference/expense/expense-report/expense-entry.html
with the query parameters reportID, user, and limit.

For some users I provide as user query string, the API returns the following error: "Invalid LoginId".

Initially, I assumed this happened because those users were inactive.

However, I’ve noticed that for some inactive users, the same request still works, which makes the behavior inconsistent.

Could you please clarify under what conditions this error occurs, or why it might appear for certain users but not others?

@devtorii did you look up the profiles of those that were returning the Invalid LoginID error?
