My Concur profile is correctly set as a "Mobile" worker, but the automatic "Deduct Commute" tool is calculating the wrong normal commute distance for my trips.
The Policy: The Employee Business Expense Policy requires Mobile workers to deduct a standard 20 miles each way (40 miles roundtrip) for their normal commute.
The Glitch: The system is currently deducting 30 miles each way vs 20. It appears to be calculating a physical distance to a default office location rather than my actual office location.
The Request: Please update the back-end configuration for my account so the commute calculator automatically defaults to the 20-mile each way deduction.
