Error "Not setup to use any concur products" displayed after successfully logged in

It appears Concur Expense is offline and not available as of 10AM CDT 1/13/2026.  Anyone else seeing this?  The SAP status board just changed to reflect the outage though DownDetector has show it for a while.  I've contacted my rep, but I don't know of any support number, portal, or ticket system.  Any advice?  Wait until it comes back?

@batsnapper there was a known issue that happened earlier today. I haven't received any notice that is has been cleared up. Did you try using a different browser to sign in or clear your cache? I don't know if that will fix it, but it is worth a try.
