@TBronson I found the expense in question and here is what I found and my thoughts.

I looked at the expense itself and saw the last segment of the card used to purchase the airfare. This segment did not match the last four digits of the card assigned to person whose report you are working on.

What this tells me is one of two things: 1. The card used to purchase the airfare was this user's personal card or 2. Some other card was used. Maybe some company card that is used company-wide.

So, if this was the user's personal card, you will need to delete the item off the report because since it has an itinerary item attached to it. The system expects a corporate card charge, but that isn't the case here. Go back into the report and use the Create New Expense button and choose Manually. Fill out all the details. Since this item will need a receipt, what I would suggest is to go back to Available Expenses. You will see the Air item you deleted from the report. There should be a thumbnail image of the receipt. Click this thumbnail to open the receipt. Take a screenshot and save the image. Go back into the report and open the new entry you created and attach the image of the receipt you just saved.

Now, if the expense was not paid for on this user's personal card, then just delete the item off the report and then you can delete it out of Available Expenses. The charge is being reconciled by someone else. Before doing this, double-check with the user to make sure this wasn't a charge to their personal card.

If I were in your position, I would speak with the owner of the report and clarify if the charge was on their personal card or not.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you,
Kevin

Hi TBronson

Besides KevinD's response, please review my below response too. Hope it helps.

This SAP Concur error indicates that the expense report contains a charge that has not yet been matched to an imported corporate credit card transaction.

How to resolve Report ID 39KXZK?

  1. Check Available Expenses: Navigate to Expense → Available Expenses and look for the corporate card transaction.
  2. Look for the green card icon: This generally indicates that the expense is associated with an imported corporate card charge.
  3. If the transaction is available: Move or match it to the appropriate expense in Report 39KXZK. Avoid creating a duplicate.
  4. If the transaction is missing: Verify that the charge has posted to your corporate card account. Bank-to-Concur imports can take additional processing time.
  5. Check Payment Type: If the corporate card was used, ensure the expense is correctly classified as a corporate card expense rather than out-of-pocket.
  6. Review the warning: The message requesting an explanation for not using a corporate card may disappear once the correct card transaction and payment type are associated.

Important distinction

  • Error: Blocks report submission until the corporate card transaction requirement is satisfied.
  • Warning: Requests justification for not using the corporate card. Entering "corporate card was used" does not resolve the missing card transaction.

Since the travel date has already passed, the travel date itself is not necessarily the issue.

Recommendation: If the transaction has already posted to your card but still does not appear in Concur, contact your Concur Expense Administrator to investigate the card feed and transaction matching.

One question: Does the charge appear under Available Expenses, or is it completely missing from SAP?

Thanks & Regards
