Error message when submitting non company car claim

Hi,  

I'm trying to claim for a non company car expense but I keep getting the error message:

ACTION: THE MILEAGE GRADE ASSOCIATED TO YOUR PROFILE DOES NOT MATCH THE EXPENSE TYPE SELECTED

I have added my car to the personal car section of my profile.  The vehicle type matches my car.  I can't see anything else in my profile that i need to update.  Anyone had this issue and resolved it

Hi @desimrie ,

By looking at error msg it seems your company might have set up employee grade wise different expense types. The one which you are selecting now that might not be applicable for your grade which is set up in your profile.

Also, possible that for few grades claiming personal car mileage might not be allowed or could be allowed but with some other expense type.

Hence, i would suggest to reach out to your company Concur Adminstrator and check with them what expense type needs to be selected for your employee grade. They will check and guide you.

@desimrie I checked your Admin Profile and you have been set up with Mileage Grade: Company Car/Cash Allowance. The expense type you selected is Non Company Car. That is why you get the error message. I see that you added a personal car to your profile, so my guess is that you were assigned the incorrect Mileage Grade.
