Error in Full Name and Location

Hello,

I want to share a situation I’m facing when trying to load employees into Concur:

The Employee Full Name field appears as required in our forms.

I cannot fill in this field when creating the employee, and in the Employee Full Name field I get an error called ext-record-1, so the manual load also does not complete.

It also asks for the Location, but I don’t understand why it doesn’t let me load the employee.
How can I do to solve this problem?

May I know which employee import template you are using? its 305 or any other template?

Please provide below details:

• Employee full form screenshot where it shows employee full name and location field.
• Employee import template which you are using
• Exact error message screenshot.

The employee import template I am using is 305.

The error affects the Full Name field, as it is not being reflected in the employee's profile in Concur, and the Location field is also not showing correctly, even though the forms and fields are properly connected.
