Error: Warning: Negative Personal Expenses are not permitted.

I have several transactions that were charged to my corporate card because my personal credit card was stolen and subsequently cancelled by the credit card company. As a result, Amazon automatically charged the next card on file when I made personal purchases, which unknowingly resulted in them being billed to my corporate card. There are 9 charges from which 4 are negative balance due to return. Since there are all personal expenses, I have selected it as such, but I am getting an error state: Error: Warning: Negative Personal Expenses are not permitted. How do I resolve this? If these personal charges are being deducted from my paycheck, I also want the refund amount to apply too.

@AliBee If you expand the Alerts you will see the following:

Refunds are not to be marked as Personal. If you uncheck the Personal Expense checkbox for all the refunds, the Alerts should clear. 

I'm certain that negative amounts do not get deducted from your paycheck. That message is for personal expenses that have a positive amount. The other alert even mentions that refunds cannot be marked as personal. 

Give it a try and see if it works. 🙂
