Error - The following files failed to upload

Hi,

We are getting the following error when trying to upload a receipt: The following files failed to upload

The file that failed is a pdf - Size 118KB 

I tried to print the same file as a pdf. The Size now is 1.78 MB, and this one loaded successfully. 

Does anyone know why the 1st file failed ?

@Sonia52 are you still experiencing the issue? I'm asking because I just was able to upload an image file. However, someone else mentioned they received an error when trying to upload a jpg image. My guess is our imaging service was or is having some sort of issue at the moment.

@KevinD Thank you for your reply. The issue still remains.

My issue was in relation to 1 PDF FILE which failed to load ( size the of PDF file 118KB ). 

I took the same PDF file and printed it as a PDF ( size of that new PDF file 1.78 MB ) , and that version loaded successfully.
