No solution yet. As per case notes " Concur R&D team is actively investigating the root cause and working on a fix ".

We did some troubleshooting on our own and found out that this feature is working fine on Mobile app.

The issue has been escalated through our Client Manager.
IQVIA has also contacted Concur concerning the outage with the below response from Concur.

“We have identified that this is a known service degradation that is currently impacting multiple clients globally and is specifically affecting the ability to link existing attendees to an expense report. Please be assured that this is being treated with the highest priority. …Our R&D team is actively investigating and working towards a resolution."

Hi @RaynerSurgical

Topic: Error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'attendeeData')

Please check the below. Hope this helps.

-----

Since SAP Concur has confirmed a known service degradation affecting multiple clients globally, this is a service-side issue rather than an isolated customer configuration problem.

Important: SAP Concur has confirmed the service degradation, but no resolution timeline has been provided in the information shared.

Thanks & Regards

The issue has been resolved in the EU2 data system, but is still in process on the US2 system.

NCIDENT DETAILS
Impact Prior to Resolution: We have identified a service degradation affecting the ability to link existing attendees to an expense report. The issue impacts attendee types that rely on external data sources accessed through the Fetch Connector to retrieve attendee information in the US2 and EU2 Data Centers. When attempting to link an existing attendee to an expense report, an error, "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'attendeeData')" is received if the Fetch Data connector is used to retrieve the attendee information. As a result, the existing attendee cannot be linked to the expense report. This issue does not affect attendee types that use internal data sources to perform attendee searches.
Workaround: Unfortunately, there is no way for you to work around the issue at this time.
Action Plan: A fix has been successfully deployed to the EU2 Data Center. EU2 customers are encouraged to test and confirm that the issue has been resolved. Deployment to the US2 Data Center is expected within the next 24 hours. A follow-up notification will be issued notifying customers of service recovery.
