Error: Attendees not searchable but not approved as buisness guest

Hi

For a meal with Atendees I add both employees in my own company entity  VWTS ( that I can search for) I aso have emplyees from another entity of my company VWT , I do not find them when search so add as Buisness Guests. However I get this message so I cannot submit the report.

Error: ACTION: Attendees working for VWTS must be listed as an "Employee" in the Attendee Type field. Employees are searchable.

Can you try to search employee with their corporate email id under "employee" attendee type and see if you find any record.

I tried with their email address but they do not show up

Based on the error message, it appears that under the current configuration, your company has restricted other attendee types (such as Business Guest, etc.) for the Meal expense type. As a result, users are expected to select only intercompany employees when submitting a Meal expense. 

Since you’re unable to add or search for attendees from another legal entity within your company (VWT), I recommend checking this with your local Concur Administrator. They may advise you to add attendee under different expense type, if applicable.

@CeciliaO are the other entity employees using SAP Concur or do you know if they have Concur profiles? If not, there is an option for Employees (Not in Concur) as an attendee type. 

Also, is the other entity possibly using their own version of SAP Concur?
