Enable Keyboard Shortcuts for MacOS

Hi there,

how can I turn on keyboard shortcuts on a Mac with a German Magic Keyboard (QWERTZ)? Using SHIFT+/ does not work.

They are currently available only if the application language is set to English (en-US). For Europe (EU2), the keys are SHIFT and }.

thanks for the reply. Unfortunately this did not work on a Mac. I switched the language and tried SHIFT+Option+9 (Option+9 is } on a German Mac Keyboard). Also SHIFT+Option+0 (which is the } on a German Windows keyboard) did not work.

Any other ideas?

I’m sorry, honestly, I don’t know what else to tell you.

You could try with different browsers like Edge, Chrome, or Firefox.

Or you could try using Shift combined with different keys.

I took a look at this and our internal article only mentioned how to turn them on and that it is available only in English. I don't know if that means your Keyboard needs to be an English keyboard or your selected language in the product needs to be English. Unfortunately, the article didn't provide too many details.
