Employee(s) Cannot Access Concur

I have three reporters in our newsroom who need to add me as an expense delegate, and they claim they can't get into Concur.  One has reached out to both our internal IT department and Concur, and she says neither one of them could assist her.

Can you please check below points with them:

1. Whether their concur profile is created or not? Meaning do they have received their login credentials?

2. If no, then their Concur profile should get created first by Concur Admin.

If yes, then does their profile have 'Expense User' role assigned in their profile. To access Concur this role is required to be assigned in their employee profile then only they will be able to access Expense module.

You can ask them to reach out to internal Company Concur Administrator and get this resolved. Once this is done, they will be able to assign you as delegate.

I would suggest to contact directly your Concur Administrator is the person responsible to maintain the system, depending on the company policy the Concur Administrator could have access to internal IT Ticketing systems but is not always like that.

Also there are some users within the companies that are able to open tickets directly in Concur and they will be able to assist you depending on the issue, sometimes they have been instructed by the Company whenever a user contact them to send a message with the specific internal steps the user needs to follow in order to solve an issue.

1- Go to the right corner at the top and click in the question mark icon

2- Click in contact support
