Employee import Active/Inactive
Hello All,
We need some direction on employee import to Concur.
Current integration file only send the Active ones, so what happen if we can load Inactive Import?
There are many users which needs to be made as inactive in Concur, Can we modify the query to include active/inactive flag so that we start resolving the inactive?
Thanks for your guidance.
Regards,
JigneshK

@JigneshK which employee import are you using? Are you using one of the SAP Concur employee import templates or using some other file?
I know that most of our import templates have a column labeled Active. Then you enter a Y or N to activate or deactivate the user.
Thank you,
Kevin

Hi @KevinD
Thanks for your feedback!
I just wanted to make sure that there won't be any impact or no one has any issue if we start sending rows to "inactive" someone whereas the current query only send active employees.

Jignesh K

@JigneshK the way it should work is only rows where a change was made would be affected.
Are you using an SAP Concur Import template?
Thank you,
Kevin
