Emailing Attachments in Concur Intelligence/Cognos

I have set up a report with a schedule in Concur Cognos/Intelligence.  The report is supposed to be emailed to a list of users as an excel attachment.  The users are receiving the email - but there's no attachment.  How can I get this to work correctly?   I have the report schedule and settings set up exactly like another report that's working correctly - the only difference between the 2 reports is the one that's working correctly doesn't have a "permissions" tab - the one that isn't working has it.

@cmullinsny Okay, I found the two reports. The Cash Advance Analysis - Schedule, at the least the one I found, doesn't have a schedule associated to it, so I couldn't compare. 

 

However, I believe I found the issue. There is a little toggle button on the screen where you choose the recipients. The button says 
Attach report output. Turning this on should fix the issue. Because you chose Excel as the output, Cognos doesn't embed the Excel file in the email itself, like it would if you had selected HTML as the output. So, anything other than HTML, you must use the Attach report output option. Give that a try and let me know what happens.

@cmullinsny what are the names of the two reports? I can take a look and see if there is anything I notice.

@KevinD - Report names are Cash Advance Analysis - Schedule TIEM and TMHU Employees  (this is the one that isn't emailing an attachment) and Cash Advance Analysis - Schedule (this is the one that is working)  Thanks so much!
