Email address for SAP approvers in UK?

Our team has been submitting expenses and having them approved for months without any issue, this month we're all having expenses bounced back saying the process has changed.

We have had no explanation of any process change and do not have a definitive explanation of what the process is now for expenses. Is there an email address for anyone who I can discuss the matter with - I want to do this through email rather than any chat window.

@JohnT any process changes for report submission and approval would be done by someone at your company. SAP Concur wouldn't be able to help in this regard.

I went into your profile to see a returned report, but you don't have any. Can you provide any more detail?

Here is what I would do if I were in this situation. I would open my returned report and click on Report Details. From the menu that appears select Audit Trail. Here I can see who sent my report back. That is the person who would have entered a comment about the process changing. I would contact them and ask them what has happened and why there wasn't any announcement. That is the best option I can think of for those experiencing this situation.

Thank you,
Kevin

Hi @JohnT

Topic: Email address for SAP approvers in UK?

Please check the below. Hope this helps.

-----

SAP Concur does not have a central UK email address for company expense approvers.

Expense approvals and policy changes are managed by your organization's designated approvers

and Finance/Expense Administration team.

Recommendations:

  1. Open one of your returned expense reports and review the Comments and Approval Flow/Audit Trail to identify who returned it and why.
  2. Contact your organization's Finance, Accounts Payable, or Concur Expense Administrator by email and request written clarification of the revised expense policy and approval process.
  3. If the change was unexpected, ask your administrator to review the approval workflow and any recent configuration changes.

Since multiple employees are experiencing the same issue, your organization should clarify whether a new policy or approval requirement has been introduced.

Thanks & Regards
