Email Verification Issue

I recently changed employers and have been setting up my new Concur profile. At my prior job, I would occasionally receive email receipts to my personal email address, and verified that email address so that I could email receipts directly to receipts@concur.com.

 

Now that I'm in my new role, I have tried verifying that same personal email address again, but get the error message "This email address is verified for another user. It must be unverified from the other login before it can be verified here."

 

I'm not able to unverify from the other login. What can I do?

Hello @htc630 ,

 

The error occurs because in SAP Concur an email address can only be verified on one profile at a time, and your personal email is still linked to your old account. To resolve this, the most effective option is to ask an administrator at your current company to open a ticket with Concur Support so they can unverify the email; alternatively, you could request your previous employer to remove it from your old profile or do it yourself if you still have access. In the meantime, you can use another email address temporarily.
