Double booked

I have been told that I was double booked.  My itinerary only says 1 trip, 1 flight, however the company invoice says I had 2.

@Reynolds1978 I'm not exactly sure what the issue is you are experiencing, but from what I see those are two different trips. The amounts are different and so are the dates. I'm not sure why someone would tell you that it is a double booking.

Is there more to this story? 🙂

The 518$ trip was cancelled in concur, however my company is being charged for it.

@Reynolds1978 canceling doesn't necessarily mean you get refunded. Only if the flight was shown as Refundable. If it isn't refundable, then you would receive a credit rather than being refunded.

I suggest reaching out to your travel agency. They can provide you more detail about the flight and cancelation. The fare is basic economy, so my guess is this isn't a refundable flight.

I booked through Concur, so I thought I was getting to a solution. The problem, when I cancelled the first trip it says 0$ charged, however I'm being charged. If you suggest contacting someone else, please let me know their contact info.

@Reynolds1978 I mentioned you should contact your travel agency. I don't know who your company uses, so I won't be able to provide their information. I would think your company has the travel agency information listed somewhere. Try looking in the Company Notes section of the SAP Concur home page. It might be there.
