Do Not See Expense or Invoice Tabs as User Administrator

Hello

I am new to User Administrator. I do have Company Administrator access and want to assign Expense Processor Role to a user. But I only see Travel in a User Profile and do not see other tabs such as Expense or Invoice. How do I I assign the Expense Processor role to a user?

Hi @ajani ,

Person must have role administrator role to access user permissions section under company administration.

Once role is granted you can goto company administration >> user permissions>> click on expense tab >> search for user name >> and give expense processor role by adding it >> save.

 

You can ask your previous admin to grant role administrator role to your profile. 

 

Regarding Expense, Invoice tab not sure which one your talking about from user side or from admin side tab. However if you are talking about admin side tab then you must have expense configuration administrator role (restricted/unrestricted) and invoice configuration administrator role  (restricted/unrestricted) to access it. 

 

If you want to access as a user then you need expense user role and invoice user role.

I think the existing roles that I can see available does not include Role Administrator, expense configuration administrator role (restricted/unrestricted) and invoice configuration administrator role  (restricted/unrestricted). 

Do you know how can we add it in the Permissions available list? Thanks.

@ajani those roles are what you see from the Travel permissions screen. You need to have another site admin give you admin permissions for Concur Expense.

What are the steps for giving permissions for Concur Expense to myself?

The person who was handling Concur for us has been unavailable at this time.

Hi @ajani ,

 

Reaching out to previous Admin or raising a support ticket is the only option you have as they must assign you Role Administrator role as shown below.

Once they assign, then only you will be able to access User Permissions section in Expense Module.

 

If not Admin, then not sure whether KevinD can do this for you or not. @KevinD - Can you confirm on this point please.

@PoojaKumatkar in my role I am not allowed to make changes to user profiles. @ajani will need to have their site admin or someone at their company with the correct permissions had the correct roles to their profile.
