Hello @hawljesu ,

According to SAP documentation, this value can be corrected by editing the registered vehicle details in Concur:

Correct the Business Distance for a Registered Car | SAP Help Portal

What to do:

  1. Go to Profile.
  2. Navigate to Personal Car / Vehicle Registration.
  3. Select the affected vehicle.
  4. Edit the relevant field:
    • Business Distance
    • Accumulated Distance to Date
    • Initial Distance
  5. Save your changes. When you update the business distance, Concur automatically adjusts the related accumulated distance values.

If you cannot edit it:

Many organizations restrict users from modifying these fields. If that is the case, you will need to contact:

  • Your company's Concur Administrator.
  • The Expense or Finance team responsible for managing Concur within your organization.

SAP's documentation also notes that certain options depend on your company's Concur configuration and may not be available to end users.

✔️Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions✔️

  Best Regards,

Hi, unfortunately I am unable to edit the data so will have to go through either Concur Administrator or the Expense or Finance team. Thank you for providing potential solutions, much appreciated 🙂
