Deleting a receipt

Hello,

Can someone help with deleting receipts? I have a hotel receipt that shows I got charged twice. That receipt uploaded automatically and I am unable to delete it. There used to be a button to delete but now I only have an open and add buttons. I was able to get the hotel to give me two receipts with the separate charges, but now I can't delete the initial one.
