Our initial Concur Expense setup & configuration we created mulit - level custom fields.
Until June 26 changes to these lists were made manually, however to aid in this I would select Import List and download the List Import Template which would show me all items in the lists.
In June 26 I created a new list, downloaded the template, and then uploaded (imported) a file with just the new list items.
Now when I select Import List and download the List Import Template there is no data.
Have I broken something?
We need to do large clean up of our lists - is there any way to get an listing of all our custom list items?
Thanks

Hi @Joofy
Topic: Custom Fields Data List
Please check the below. Hope this helps.
-----
You have not broken anything.
The List Import Template is used for importing list data and not a complete export of existing list entries.
Check:
Avoid uploading a replacement file until you confirm the import process adds, updates, or deactivates the existing entries.
Thanks & Regards

Hi @Joofy ,
There is currently no option to export list items directly from List Management.
However, if required, the list items can be exported by creating a custom report in Cognos.
https://community.concur.com/t5/General/Exporting-from-List-Management/m-p/96191#M6189
Role Required - Cognos Professional Author
1. Click on Content folder >> click on New + button (top right corner) >> Click on Report >> click on Create button
2. Select a Source + (left hand side pane blue button) >> pop up window appears >> select Concur Data warehouse >> click on Open button
3. From the middle pane select a widget type "List" >> pop up window >> click ok
4. From left side pane >> expense "Expense" folder >> Expand "Lists" folder >> Expand "Custom and Connect Lists" folder
5. Drag and drop fields - List, List Item, List Item Short Code, List Level (optional and if list is connected list), List Item Deleted Flag (optional)
6. Once drag in table >> select List column header and apply filter to search for the list name.
If this answers your query, then please mark solution as accepted.

@PoojaKumatkar this customer is on our Standard platform which does allow downloading current list items when downloading the List Import Template.

@Joofy what is strange is that your first two custom fields that are connected does download correctly with all the list items. You might want to submit a Help ticket to Concur Support so they can look into this. I'm not sure why the second set of custom fields isn't downloading.
