Credit card transactions not showing in the Company Card Charges section

Hello, 

 

I have incurred charges on my company card in January but there are no transactions showing for 2025 under Company Card Charges. 

I am unable to match my expense claim items to these and therefore can not submit the claim. 

 

Please advise how to refresh/upload the card transactions, thank you

@MichalK unfortunately, there isn't anything you can do individually to help with the issue. You will need to speak to the team at your company that is in charge of assigning company credit cards and let them know your transactions are not uploading. Usually when this happens, it means there was an issue with the data file sent from the bank.
