Credit card report

Hi all, im trying to work out whats wrong with a credit card report in Cognos, not sure if this is the right place to come. But when i pull a report for all transactions for the month its missing about a third of them. I have confirmed they are in Concur, just not pulling through on the report.

If the transactions are visible in Concur but do not appear in Cognos, I would first review the report parameters. Many credit card reports use the Posted Date instead of the Transaction Date, which can cause some transactions to fall outside the selected date range.

I would also check whether any filters are applied for:

• Transaction status
• Payment type
• Employee

As an additional validation step, try running the standard Finance > Credit Card Transactions report, which displays all transactions imported from the corporate card.

If the transactions appear in Concur but are missing from all Cognos reports, there may be an issue with the data load process into Reporting.

@MelGreaves also, transactions that have come into the system today, will not be available for Cognos reporting until the next day as the Data Warehouse updates every night. That could be one reason. 

Without seeing the data items you have on your report and how you built the report, I cannot really say what the issue is. There are too many possibilities. If you show me the data items on your report, I might be able to look and provide a better answer. No need to run the report, I just need to see the data item columns. If you screenshot and paste in your reply, I'll let you know if I see anything.
