Creating Inelligence Report Showing All Items

Hello! I am trying to create a report that shows all transactions in the system (used credit card transactions, unused credit card transactions, submitted and non-submitted personal expenses, etc.). I'm also trying to put in the following: employee name, employee number, department, report number (where applicable), business purpose (where applicable), comment (if any), transaction amount, and expense type. I also need the report to show current and past employees (inactive users).  Any assistance would be appreciated! Thank you!

@ParkerK Hello there. How far have you gotten with building this report and what would you say your reporting building experience is from 1 being none to 10 being very familiar? This will let me know how better to respond to your question.

Hello! I have tried a couple of iterations of this report but can't get all of the fields to work. My report building experience is a 1.

@ParkerK the Accrual Standard Report sounds like what you are looking for, however to modify the report adding the additional items you mentioned would take a little bit more experience.

I am looking for the same.  We'd like to export all transactions submitted to build exception reporting for internal audit to review instead of using an outdated sampling approach.

@ChristyCoffman are you just looking for a report showing all submitted expenses that have exceptions for a certain time period? If so, this is a pretty straightforward report to build. Is there anything else you want the report to show other than submitted expenses with exceptions?

@ChristyCoffman  I never did hear back about this and its been over a month. I ended up putting in a support ticket and we are having to pay to have this report created since nobody internally at our org has Cognos experience; might be worth going that route.

@KevinD , my experience level is a 1 too. Is there a tool or someone who can walk us through how to create custom reports? Maybe a YouTube video you can suggest.

Use this link to see the list of upcoming classes: https://www.concurtraining.com/cnqr/cognos-11-registration. They have them scheduled until the end of the year. Be sure to look at the time and the language. Also, when you sign in to SAP Concur, under the Home menu you will see an option that says Reporting. If under Reporting it says Analysis, then be sure to sign up for the class labeled Query Studio. If it says Intelligence under Reporting, then sign up for the class that says Report.
