Create accriual report - How to find the sources in teh datawarehouse

Hi,

Is there a document that shows were to find the fields as you can't search for them in cognos source

I am looking for the fields :

Journal Account Code

Allocation Custom 14

@JanAelbrecht when you login to Cognos, click Launch in the upper right-hand corner. From the drop down list, click Help - Concur Model. This will open a webpage with some resources. At the bottom of this webpage you will see the areas of the Data Warehouse listed, starting with Expense. Go to the right and you'll see Doc-PDF. These are documents containing the data items of the data warehouse. Just do a CTRL + F to Find a keyword. You will find that the data item will be in a table. At the top of the table, you will see the path to take in the data warehouse to find the item. Give this a try.  For Custom 14, you may find that this appears several times in the document. Be sure when you look at each instance you check the path at the top of the table to make sure it is from Allocations.
