Concur voided and rebooked without my knowledge, but I have two agency fees

I booked my flight but was charged two agency fees. The agency informed me that a flight booking was made, then voided, and subsequently rebooked. However, I only created one booking. It took a day for the flight to be ticketed, and I only received a single confirmation as expected. Despite this, I was charged two booking fees, one day apart. I don’t understand why a booking was made and then voided, and I don’t believe I should have to pay two booking fees for what is essentially a single booking. I am unable to find a way to discuss this issue with Concur and request that they absorb the duplicate booking fee.

Has anyone else experienced this and can offer some advice? I can't find a similar issue in the forum search.

@MTherrien1 my advice is to call the travel agency and ask them about this and why they charged two fees.

Concur is simply a booking tool and doesn't charge your card. That is all done by the travel agency. The travel agency should reverse the additional booking fee if they deem it was an unnecessary charge.

Thank you,

Thank you kindly. That was my first call. They told me the booking was made, voided and then re-booked. They said it happened outside their agency, and I should contact Concur. It seems this is a circular conversation 😞
