I am not an SAP Concur employee, but I've been a concur administrator since 2016. I've been working tickets like this for a long time and very familiar with all trouble shooting steps. And when I exhaust all those steps, I sympathize with the end user. why encourage them to use the app, if the app is not convenient when they need it.
