Concur help issue

hi my colleague has an issue with their concur and mileage calculator.

being the trusty support i thought it would be sensible to raise a helpdesk call to raise the issue.

however when i click on contact support it is saying unavailable.

any ideas? or is there any way to contact anyone in concur for some support/guidance?

@RebeccaEdwards could you please describe the issue they are having? Not saying I'll have a solution, but maybe I can provide some assistance.

when going to approve his staffs mileage he cannot open the mileage calculator to check the entries. we have never had the issue before - either acting on behalf of someone or approving entries (unless no one has ever actually checked)

@RebeccaEdwards is the mileage calculator option not showing for this person when viewing the report as an approver or is the option there, but nothing happens when they click it?

Also, if you send me a private message with the name of the employee who submitted the report, I'll go in and look at it from the Processor screen, which should be the same view as the approver. Click my username (KevinD) then the message button to private message me.
