Concur Global Pay (Bambora) Deducted Payment from Employee Bank Account

We had an issue where Concur Global Pay (Bambora) took money from employees' bank accounts instead of making the reimbursement payment.
Does anyone have experienced the same issue?

Was this issue resolved? If so, what steps did you have to take? 

This issue has affected users that received funds through direct deposit and payments sent directly to our bank for Travel Card transactions.

Bambora/Worldline submitted duplicate payments, the money taking from the employee bank account was a reversal. It created several issues internally and a lot of noise. No clear communication from Concur or Worldline was sent to administrators. But the issue is now resolved.
