Concur Expense Integration to two different financial programs

I was wondering if Concur expense could interface to two different accounting systems.

Hi @sarledge ,

Yes, technically it is feasible. However, for that you need to define two ledgers in accounting administration and create two different extracts in Concur.

Each extract will have its own extract conditions meaning, you need to clearly define identifier in the extract job definition. 

Example, Let's say I have two different employee groups US and UK and both have different ERP as SAP and SAP Business One.

So, while defining extract job, your condition should be like as follows:

• If Employee Group = US, then send file to SAP
• If Employee Group = UK, then send file to SAP Business One

To create different extracts, you need create a support ticket with Concur support and need to provide them your requirement or the necessary information require to create different job.
