Concur Edit Query to Exclude Items

Hey guys,

Need some help on creating a custom query in Concur.

Currently I am tasked with processing reports sent in by employees and I allotted certain groups of employees based on their last name. However, I have been instructed to avoid certain people's reports, as they are exec level and should be reviewed my manager instead of me. Considering the high volume of the reports, it is easy to not make note each name approving and rejecting, mistake I already made twice lol.

I already have a query to filter the employee's reports that I am in charge of. I want edit the query to specifically exclude the executives and trustees, just avoid the issue. If anyone can help that would be great and thank you

Hi,

You can edit the query and add conditions as below:

You can use either employee id or logon id field to identify ppl. While writing condition, put all those employee's id condition into 1 bracket and select AND operator in between. You need to write this condition for all those employees which you want to exclude it. Refer below screenshot.

If this answers your query, then please mark solution as accepted.

Thanks!

Pooja
