@SallyW it might be more efficient to speak with your direct manager as they will be the one approving those expenses. I'm sure your direct manager has probably submitted their own expenses before and can provide you assistance.
Also, when you sign in to SAP Concur, look to see if there is a Company Notes section. If so, you might find some contact information in there about who to go to for help if you manager isn't available.
