Concur APP - Not Matching Concur Site

Hi All, 

Hope all is well. 

Has anyone experienced this? 

We recently updated our concur site for the company - we had a "Site Refresh". 

Basically, we cleaned out the site and made the experience more user friendly/seamless. 

Since we have went live on the new site, many employees have had issues with the APP.

I have been advising them to delete/update the APP hoping that it will sync. but, there are some things missing such as car mileage. 

Our concur rep has advised us that this is not really a fixable issue.

Any ideas?

@kvelez could you provide other examples of things that are missing, please? The more you can provide the better. 

When you say car mileage is missing, are you talking about the expense type?
