Concur APGL Export and Oracle Fusion Import

Hi All,

We are looking to integrate Concur with Oracle Fusion.  Has anyone used Extract Services or the built-in AP/GL extract for this?  Looking for any recommendations or warnings you have to share about the process.

Hi @jwilkinson - Generally, we can create a custom extract as long as the data you need is configured in Concur and that the file layout is columnar in format. Other clients use the AP/GL Extract from Concur and import transactions into Fusion using their file-based data import template. I am currently working with a customer using Oracle Fusion, they have a 3rd party consultant who is creating the file for them.

Hi @jwilkinson  - My company is also switching from JD Edwards E1 to Oracle Fusion. Our internal IT team is working on formatting the SAE file and a 3rd party is creating the import file to Oracle Fusion.  It has not been fun.  I hope your experience is better. I would like to know how your company handles personal purchases on the company card. My issue with Concur is the CC charge needs to go to one account and the personal expense credit needs to go to another. There isn't an option in Concur for this situation.
