Thank you for getting back to me! The user should see the business purpose on this screen so they can allocate according to the name they have given in the business purpose. We do utilize the print/share document, but when we have multiple allocations it does not populate on there, so for the user and processor team, it does not lend to an easy review.
Is the feature not available to add it? It seems like it isn't. I went to the customer influence site to try and create this in the system (and have gotten some votes), but no movement has come from it/I have not received any communication from it. If there is a more efficient way to complete this please let me know (as the influence site seems useless, I have a request from a year ago that never got addressed).
