Claims in Pending Exception Review

We implemented concur audit service early last year and added Pending Exception Review step for claims that are declined second time by audit.

Sometimes claim needed to be resent to the user to update or fix the error and in that case we have seen claims going to concur audit review more than 4 or 5 times which makes user experience very frustrating. 

Apparently, there is no way to auditors to know that claim has been reviewed by audit team twice and to skip the audit so they will audit the claim each time it comes to 'Concur Audit Review' queue. 

 

How do you handle such claims or any suggestion would be helpful.

@Jatinderkaur logically this makes sense. If a claim is returned to a user to make corrections, the claim has now changed and those changes need to be audited as well. I'm asking a colleague to see if there is any way auditors can see the audit trail of a report to see it has been reviewed previously. My guess is that even though it has been reviewed by the audit team once, that step cannot be skipped since the report has been changed.
