Claiming mileage without needing to register vehicle

I am administrator for our company's Concur. I want colleagues to be able to claim mileage without having to register their vehicles. How should I configure this?

It seems that it depends on which permission you have on your system as an administrator, so in that case, if your employees has not access to include private car mileage, it may be worth to contact your Concur account manager or Concur support to have it configurated as you needed.
