Changed to New Cellphone & Need Two step Authentication SetUp

Recently changed to new cellphone and unable to set up two-step authentication as I was already setup on old cellphone.  Don't know how to get the QR code to do this. Please help!

@SerafinaB1 your site administrator will need to go in and reset your Multi-Factor Authentication. Do you know who your site admin is?
