@crad there isn't an option in the Payment Type field to change Pending to Cash or Out of Pocket?
If not, remove these items from your report and then use the Add Expense button on the report to manually create these. You'll need to use something like Taxi, Rideshare, Public Transportation as the expense type. Not sure what your company has, but it will be something similar to what I mentioned. As for receipts...the items you deleted likely will have a receipt associated to them. You will need to go to your Available Expenses to see these items. Mouse over the thumbnail of the receipt image. Be sure to view the entire receipt. Screenshot it and save it as an image. Then you'll need to attach the saved screenshot to the expenses you just manually created.
