Change Expense Approver

Hello support team,

I am currently attempting to change my expense approver. It is currently set for Jack.Chong@pepsico.com, but I would like to change it to Michael.Gibson4@pepsico.com.

However to option to box to change it is greyed out and will not let me change it. What can I do to change my approver? Thank you

@jpbidondoyore your site administrator will need to update for you. This is locked on purpose. If you aren't sure who that is either look in the Company Notes section of the SAP Concur home page or speak to your manager.
