Change Credit Card Program

We are switching from JP Morgan to Old National corporate credit cards and need to change the credit card program in Concur. What is the process for this and did you incur a fee with this change?

@nicolesantiago you will need to add a new payment type into your site for the new card. I believe SAP Concur sets up the new card feed with the bank, which I'm pretty sure does incur a fee. Your assigned Customer Success Manager should be able to provide you with the details.

I'm sure you have already thought of this, but make sure all old card transactions get submitted and reconciled before activating the new card. If not, you will probably end up having both types of card transactions on the same report and will possibly cause confusion with your users.

@KevinD  thank you for the feedback. I was reading through the Concur Expense Standard Edition Administration Help guide and found the directions on adding a new credit card program and it didn't seem too difficult. I did reach out to our Client Success Manager and received a quote which I wasn't expecting so I wanted to do a little research before we proceed. We're waiting to hear back on what the set up entails so we can explain the additional costs to our leadership team. Thanks for the heads up on making sure the old card transactions get submitted. 🙂

@nicolesantiago ah yes...Standard Edition. It is quite easy to set up within the site, but the feed itself is something Concur must do for you. 🙂
