Cant access all of last years submitted expenses for my tax return

I've tried altering the date range but not all of my submitted claims are available.  I need these to complete my tax return.  Any help would be appreciated.

@Craig44 how many claims do you feel should be visible? Do you happen to know which claims specifically you are not seeing? All claims that you have ever submitted should be saved in the system and accessible.

@Craig44 Okay, I think I know what happened. It looks like your company switched to a new instance of SAP Concur. When I look at your current profile, the start date of that profile is 07/22/2024. That is why you only see half of your last year's reports. The other half are stored in the old instance of SAP Concur. 

Not sure if your company would allow you to go into that site as that profile has been deactivated. I would suggest speaking with your manager to see if they know who your site admin is so you can ask them.
