Solved: Re: Cannot save mileage expense

When I submit a mileage expense on the Concur app running on iPhone, it just keeps processing and will not save. This occurs only when entering the Mileage "manually". If I use the Distance Calculator it works. iPhone 13 is running the most current version of iOS (18.5). App was deleted and re-installed and app cache was cleared. Tried it on cellular date and different Wi-Fi networks and issue still exists. My IT Department has no ideas to resolve.

@makurilla this is a known issue and should be fixed with the next release of the Concur Mobile iOS app.

@makurilla I experienced the same thing. I've asked our mobile support team if they have any suggestions. I'll let you know if I hear something. I guess for now, you'll have to use the milage calculator.

Is this on the old or new instance of concur. On the new instance of concur the Drive app does not work at all. Concur is trying to fix it.
