Cannot create expense report

I cannot create a personal milage expense report. It worked after a few tries to register in one direction but when I try to register in the other direction I get included error message. I cannot get around it, completely blocked. And I don’t calculate the amount myself, it is calculated by this stupid app. No customer support that I know of so left on my own. Any advice on workaround.

@CrapApp I don't see any included error message, so it will be a little difficult for me to provide guidance. 

Are you still experiencing the issue? If so, could you provide me a screenshot of the error, please? Also, did you try using the web version of SAP Concur to enter your mileage?

Thanks! Sorry for missing to include the screen shot, not sure what happened with it. However, it turned out to be a defect in the SAP system and it has now been corrected. Now it works.
