Canceled Airfare credit not applied

Last year, I had trip get canceled after the flight was booked under the old version of concur. I had a credit that was supposed to be applied to my next plane ride.

 

The update wiped out all my previous history.

 

I just booked a flight, but no credit was applied.

 

How can I get that credit applied so I know if I have to submit for reimbursement?

@UG1 your company's travel agency is ultimately responsible for applying credits. I would recommend calling them and making sure they apply the credit.
