Upon checking standard edition documentations, it seems there is no audit rule section/functionality available. However, you can still put some Compliance Control on policy, expense type, receipt level. @KevinD - Can you please confirm.

@hatchett Audit Rules can be used in Concur Standard Edition. However, this feature is not turned on by default. You will need to speak to your assigned Customer Success Manager to get Audit Rules turned on.

@kunruh I replied to another post you made about this. I said, there may be a fee involved. At least that is what I was told like a year or two ago. That is why you should speak with your CSM, so they can confirm if this is billable or not.
