When selecting a receipt from Photos to upload to Concur, using the “forward to Concur Mobile” option in iOS, the Concur app attempts to save it to Concur Receipts, but doesn’t the send to complete and fails without error. @Tarroyo I had the same issue, but to be honest, I never use this option. I just open the Concur mobile app, press Expense on the home screen, then use the + in the upper right to take a photo. This way the image uploads directly into the app. It takes about the same amount of time than taking a picture with the native camera app, saving to photo library and using the share option. As a bonus, it is a more reliable option.
