Can't submit expense report

I'm getting an error saying I can't submit my expense report because I do not have a bank account linked in Amazon Touchstone. Bank account has been linked for well over a week and I still have the error message preventing me from submitting my report.

@cecle since you are entering your bank account details outside of SAP Concur, you will need someone at your company to help with this. I would start with either your HR or Payroll departments.
